Hi friend,
#MarchMadness is one of my favorite times of year.
But the wins you see in March aren’t built in March.
They’re built in the thousands of invisible reps that happen long before game day. The drills that feel repetitive. The corrections no one applauds. The practice sessions where nothing is glamorous and everything is intentional.
No one shows up on game day unprepared and wins.
And neither do leaders.
The leaders who win aren’t the ones who grind harder. They’re the ones who build better systems. They don’t have more time than others. They make the time. They believe in the outcome and know that a few late nights now can save them from revisions, frustration, and failure later.
They separate activity from performance.
And that’s where AI enters the conversation.
