Meet the Team
Kara Rudy
Founder + CMO
After serving as Director of Digital Marketing for a global IT reseller, Kara transitioned into the world of IT business consulting and entrepreneurship with nearly two decades of experience in tech marketing, sales, and leadership. Kara enjoys sharing insights and lessons learned with her colleagues and peers as an industry speaker and marketing mentor.
In her downtime, she coaches youth sports, supports her local American Cancer Society chapter, and loves spending time with her husband and three small children. You can usually find them cheering on the Syracuse Orange, her home-town college team.
Christina Jacobs
Creative Director
Christina brings more than 15 years of in-house and agency experience. She has spent her career working in and for technology companies, specializing in strategic communications, integrated marketing, and creative direction. Her clients have spanned the gamut from regional telecom companies to national managed service providers to global IT partners.
She excels at crafting compelling brand narratives through a unique blend of empathy, authenticity, and authority, and is passionate about turning business experts into thought leaders.
In addition to her professional responsibilities, Christina is a wife and mother who is actively involved in her Rochester, NY community. She recently completed her master’s thesis from the Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University which explores the transformative impact Generative AI will have on strategic communications.
Robyn Lee
Director of Client Success
With over 15 years of experience in marketing, technical operations, and client engagement, Robyn Lee leverages data-driven strategies to foster strong client relationships, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize ROI.
Her background spans IT, SaaS, and managed services, where she’s successfully led initiatives that improved client retention rates, increased lead conversions, and delivered measurable growth.
Based in Florida, she’s a proud Mizzou J-School alumna, wife and mother of two teenage daughters who spends her free-time traveling the world.
Danielle Muench
Senior Manager of Digital and Platforms
With over 15 years of marketing experience, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge in developing and executing strategies that drive business growth. She has collaborated with sales teams and small business owners to create demand generation campaigns, manage CRMs, and enhance sales enablement efforts.
Danielle is passionate about helping businesses maximize their HubSpot investment, achieve sales and marketing alignment, and make data-driven decisions. She also guides teams in automating processes to improve efficiency and reclaim valuable time.
Based in Nebraska, Danielle enjoys family time, exploring new places, and connecting with nature. She holds a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Nebraska Omaha and maintains multiple HubSpot certifications.
